This experience is tailored with one of our senior garden designers Phoebe Clements and her team. Our garden consultations have grown greatly in popularity due to her horticultural knowledge and design expertise. She is a passionate garden designer with impeccable design skills capable of capturing the difference of each client’s needs, and structuring the garden to complement the property. Phoebe’s, clients are consistently providing us and others with positive feedback, welcoming her knowledge and advice, plant selection and personalised garden designs.
Phoebe draws upon her many years of horticultural and design knowledge in south west Victoria. With a background in the horticultural industry, she has worked at Pearson’s Nursery for over 15 years. Growing up in the family business alongside her dedicated award-winning horticulturalist father, John Clements, and her award-winning horticultural sister, Michaella Clements, Phoebe has had an advantage to learn a versatile range of plants and horticultural knowledge, which allows her to showcase a range of designs in the local area and further afield, often expanding to larger gardens in Melbourne even leading into NSW in recent months. Some of Phoebe’s designs and gardens have even been acknowledged in gardening magazines. Phoebe has been working alongside some of the most well-established landscaping and building companies the south west provides.
Phoebe believes garden design is only the begging in keeping a garden in good condition, it also entails maintenance and proper planting procedures along with watering requirements in helping assist your garden to maintain its best health. No matter where you are on your gardening journey, whether you have a clean slate or an established, existing garden Phoebe can assist you in all areas of the process in developing and meeting your requirements.
Business / café, restaurant & retail consultation 1 hour – $250 + travel fee if outside local zone
This garden consultation service involves a one hour consult one-on-one with Phoebe Clements.
The consultation will be split with 30 minutes on site at your business location and 30 minutes either in the nursery or delivering agreed purchases and laying out in your business.
This landscape and garden consultation is detailed around creating a elegant greener space within your business working with Fiddle & Fern Road for all indoor plant, features & pottery needs. Phoebe has designed many living walls, walkways and frontage gardens for local business’ in the south west.
Town house property / courtyard consultation 45 mins – $250 + travel fee if outside local zone
If you are outside the local area, please discuss with Phoebe the cost as this varies based upon your location and distance from the Nursery.
This consultation involves a 45 mins onsite (at your location) one-on-one meeting with Phoebe Clements or a member of our design team. The one-on-one session is on-site (at your place) and an additional 15 mins in the nursery at a later date to be agreed upon on the day of your consultation, for purchasing and plants selection.
Once you have met at the nursery and made your plant selection and purchases, a mud map will be provided for you to take home outlining the spacing and the layout of the plants you have purchased. This is included in the consultation fee.
For larger gardens outside the above parameters, including acreage, please contact Phoebe, she will be able to tailor packages to suit your larger job.
There will be an additional charge for time over the one-hour consultation fee if required.
We DO NOT provide a plant listing until the plants have been purchased.
We DO offer a garden plan service, the value depends on your requirements and property size.

* Additional nursery consultation on weekends is available under extreme circumstances by appointment only, additional charges will apply please speak with Phoebe regarding availability and price.
