Pearsons Nursery pride themselves on quality products at quality prices.
At Pearsons Nursery, our products are 80% living, so variations will apply. Every living product is individually unique, so growth and structural differences will occur, meaning that all plants need to be individually cared for.
Due to seasonal and growing conditions, what you receive may not look identical to the photos advertised. We will ensure that they look as similar as possible with the diligent care our team provides to our wide selection.
Refunds and returns will not be issued for minor differences and variations. Products purchased in quality conditions will not qualify. Pearsons Nursery pride that their horticultural team sell products only of quality meaning that any losses once in the hands of the purchaser is entirely the purchaser’s responsibility.
Excluding our garden range, all non-plant items need to be measured carefully to make sure that they fit your desired space as we do not accept returns or refunds for these circumstances and change of mind instances.
In terms of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address. Damages during transit will be rectified by Pearsons Nursery delivery team, however if a customer has a chosen or provided transporting request then the customer will be liable for any damages during transport.
