Pearson’s Nursery delivery service terms & conditions
When purchasing quality products at Pearson’s Nursery your purchases may be delivered by one of Pearson’s professional delivery team members or through a courier if outside our local delivery zone.
Pearson’s Nursery will only deliver to a physical address. All deliveries will be made to the front entrance of the property (door) and are set with authority to leave even when the property is unattended.
Orders will be sent to you in one delivery wherever possible. If we do not have all products available at the time of delivery a team member will be in contact to discuss further options such as placing a back order or substitute options that may be available.
If your delivery requires special instructions or requirements around a date or estimate time of delivery, please be in contact with our team before placing your orders so we can confirm that these can be met within your expectations.
A delivery fee may be involved if your order does not meet the minimum monetary requirements for your location.

If a delivery is outside of Pearson’s local delivery zone, then a courier may be required. Please contact us for availability and quote.
If you are unable to select a shipping option, please call the nursery and a team member will confirm any queries in relation to your area.
Deliveries by the Pearson’s Nursery team are made weekly for most locations. This delivery option is available for the majority of our products however some exceed our delivery weight limit and may require an alternate option. Our team will contact you to confirm a delivery date for your location.
Availability: please note as products stocked by Pearson’s Nursery are living and seasonal, stock availability will depend on various factors such as the above, also grower dependent as some products are licenced and grown by only one grower, restricting availability.
Your order will be processed once payment is authorised. Please note that all payment transactions must be made prior to delivery.

You can make payment online using Visa or Mastercard.
Telephone:
If you would prefer to not do an online purchase, we offer an over the phone service. Simply telephone with your order and credit card details to a Pearson’s Nursery team member on 03 5565 1605 extension #2.
Bank transfer:
For larger monetary value we also offer electronic bank transfe. Please contact a team member for details on 03 5565 1605 extension #4 for further instructions. Remittance must be sent to email address we create for sales with funds cleared prior to dispatch.
Please understand that we are shipping living products and all products may vary in sizes, once your delivery has been made. Please note that you are now in care of live goods and will need to treat them with the appropriate care to maintain their health.
